Can I use this to connect to the Internet anonymously by hiding my IP address or to bypass ISP filters?
No! AccessAnywhere gets installed on your network for the purpose of providing your employees or partners with secure access to the network resources in your office.

Is this another GoToYourPC type service?
No! Although you can also remotely control office computers, this is a private and secure VPN service. Your employees will use it to securely access ANY network resource in your office including office PC's.

Is this a software download?
Yes. The software will create a private VPN gateway on any office PC. Once installed, the VPN gateway will safeguard your office network and provide private VPN connections for your remote employees.

I thought you provide a VPN router for "FREE". Why do I need to download software?
The software allows you to evaluate and trial the service immediately. If the trial meets your needs and you wish to continue with the service, then we will replace the software with the "FREE" VPN router.

Is the setup going to be easy?
Yes. Once you download and install the software it will auto-configure to your network and wee will take care of the configuration.. As a trial customer, you will have access to our technical support hotline and customer support staff for any assistance.

Is this trial really "free" or will I have to pay to use the software?
It's FREE. You will not be asked for a credit card nor any other billing information. All we ask is that your interest is sincere and we will look after everything.

What if I go to all this trouble and it doesn't work?
If given the opportunity to help you, should you run into any issues, it is extremely rare that we cannot get a secure VPN conection established. As a managed service, we will spend considerable time with trials to set them up, configure, explain and troubleshoot any problems.
